Who we are
ACONEXT is a fast-growing, dynamic, medium-sized technology consulting, engineering and IT company. We offer many opportunities for personal development, offering flat hierarchies, an open, friendly and appreciative corporate culture. Since our founding in 2014, we now employ over 800 people. Our focus is on the automotive development process for premium class vehicles at seven locations in southern Germany.

I greatly value the creative freedom and the opportunity to learn about a wide range of topics. The open work culture at ACONEXT gives me the freedom to work independently and to contribute new ideas. This fosters a modern working environment that promotes motivation and personal development.
During my bachelor's thesis in cooperation with the E-Motion racing team, I was thrilled to be able to freely choose my topic from the very beginning. In my current dual master's programme, I particularly appreciate the collaboration with a wide variety of departments. The flat hierarchies and enormous diversity of topics at ACONEXT not only ensure exciting variety, but also offer me ideal opportunities for professional development.
With a team that stays so close-knit, work never feels like a burden. What makes ACONEXT special? We communicate on equal terms, regardless of location or hierarchy. The team spirit in Heimsheim is not just a phrase to me – colleagues here have become real friends. I enjoy coming here every morning.
