Who we are
ACONEXT is a fast-growing, dynamic, medium-sized technology consulting, engineering and IT company. We offer many opportunities for personal development, offering flat hierarchies, an open, friendly and appreciative corporate culture. Since our founding in 2014, we now employ over 800 people. Our focus is on the automotive development process for premium class vehicles at seven locations in southern Germany.

What I value most is the family-like atmosphere, which goes far beyond hierarchies. Working independently on site at the customer's facilities does not prevent you from benefiting from an outstanding team spirit - an absolutely unique characteristic.
At ACONEXT, I experience great appreciation and respect for all employees, regardless of age or gender. My opinion is always taken seriously and ideas are being implemented frequently. If something doesn't work, I receive support quickly.
